World Crest (No. 00143) Worn permanently by Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Varsity
Scouts, Venturers, and Scouters to symbolize their membership in the world Scouting
movement. An embroidered 11/2-inch purple emblem. The emblem is worn centered horizontally
over the left pocket and vertically between the left shoulder seam and the top of the pocket.
International activity patch (No. 00144) Worn by Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Varsity
Scouts, Venturers, and Scouters who participate in an international activity or program as
defined by a local council. An embroidered 3-inch emblem. This is a temporary emblem worn
