Pacific Harbors Council proudly serves communities throughout Western Washington via two dedicated districts—Rainier District and Olympic District—each fostering a thriving network of Scouts, leaders, and families. Together, these districts create environments where youth can grow, explore, and lead, while strengthening ties within their communities.

Rainier District spans the dynamic areas of Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Puyallup, Federal Way, JBLM, Lakewood, and surrounding communities. 

Olympic District serves the beautiful regions of Olympia, Lacey, Shelton, Centralia, Aberdeen, Westport, Ocean Shores, Yelm, and neighboring areas. 

Each district is committed to supporting local Scouting units with training, resources, and events designed to inspire the next generation of leaders.
