2025 Adventure Cards: Plan and Information for Parents, Scouts, and Volunteers

Sign-Up Deadline: February 14, 2025
We’re excited to kick off our 2025 Adventure Cards program! Adventure Cards provide a fantastic opportunity for Scouts to fund their activities while offering valuable discounts to cardholders.

Key Dates and Information:

  • Sign-Up Deadline: February 14, 2025
  • Card Pick-Up Begins: March 30, 2025, at the Council Office
  • Payment Deadline: June 30, 2025
  • Early Payment Incentive Deadline: May 30, 2025
  • The Adventure Card shown may is an example design from 2024, but it is not the actual 2025 Card Design.

Sales Goals and Rewards:

  • Council Sales Goal: 5,500 Adventure Cards for 2025
  • Unit Earnings: Units earn $4.00 per card sold.
  • Card Price: $10.00 per card

Special Incentive: If enough units commit to selling over 8,000 Adventure Cards, we will increase unit earnings to $5.00 per card as a one-time offer for the year.

Payment and Incentives:

  • Final Payment Due: June 30, 2025
  • Early Payment Bonus: Units that make their payment by May 30, 2025, will be entered into a drawing for a $250 Tacoma Scout Shop Gift Card.

How to Access the Online Entertainment Book and Use Card Offers

  1. Locate Your Access Code
    Find the unique access code included with your Adventure Card.
  2. Visit the Camp Card Website
    Go to www.bsacampcard.com.
  3. Enter Your Access Code
    On the homepage, locate the field to enter your access code. Type in the code and click Submit.
  4. Create an Account or Log In
    • If you’re new, register by providing your email address and setting a password.
    • Returning users can log in with their existing credentials.
  5. Start Saving Online
    Explore the online Entertainment Book for digital coupons and deals on dining, shopping, and entertainment.
  6. Use One-Time Offers on the Card
    • Check the back of the Adventure Card and the tear-off section for one-time use offers.
    • These deals can be redeemed in person at participating business locations.
  7. Enjoy Your Discounts!
